Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Driver cum Office Boy to support our NGO’s daily office and field operations. The candidate will be responsible for safe driving duties along with basic office support work. This role requires punctuality, discipline, and a helping attitude.

- Key Responsibilities:Drive office staff, management, and visitors safely as per requirement
- Maintain office vehicle in clean and good condition
- Ensure timely servicing, fuel filling, and basic vehicle maintenance
- Handle office support tasks such as filing, document delivery
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials and vendors
- Support field activities, surveys, and NGO programs when required




- Follow traffic rules and maintain proper driving records
- Report any vehicle issues or office requirements to the supervisor
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Valid driving license (2-wheeler / 4-wheeler as required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience preferred
- Ability to read and write basic Marathi
- Honest, punctual, and physically fit
- Skills Required:
- Safe and responsible driving skills
- Time management and discipline
- Polite behavior and communication skills
- Willingness to do multi-tasking work
- Basic knowledge of local routes and areas
- Working Hours:
- As per office schedule (flexibility required during field work or events)
