We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-friendly professional to handle customers and agencies visiting our office/showroom.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and attend customers, buyers, and agencies visiting the office.

* Understand customer requirements and preferences.

* Show relevant product samples and explain product features, fabrics, designs, pricing, and available options.

* Assist customers in selecting suitable products.

* Coordinate with customers to generate enquiries and convert them into orders.

* Follow up with customers and agencies regarding samples, quotations, orders, and pending requirements.

* Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, samples shown, and orders received.

* Coordinate with the sales, production, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.

* Build and maintain good relationships with customers and agencies.

* Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.

* Ensure the sample display area and office presentation remain neat and organized.

* Work towards increasing sales and achieving order targets.





Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident and presentable personality.

* Ability to understand customer requirements and convince customers.

* Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

* Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups.

* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and other office applications.

* Experience in the textile/fashion industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

* Female/Male candidate with positive communication skills.

* Experience in customer handling, showroom sales, textile sales, fashion, or business development preferred.

* Ability to build relationships with customers and agencies and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
