Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced CNC Cutting & Bending Machine Operator with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC cutting and CNC bending machines, machine setup, material handling, interpreting engineering drawings, preparing cutting/bending programs, maintaining product quality, and achieving daily production targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCNC CuttingOperate CNC cutting machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
- Load and unload sheets/plates and other raw materials.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and cutting layouts.
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings for cutting requirements.
- Use SolidWorks for basic 2D/3D drawing interpretation and modifications.
- Execute approved CNC cutting programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Monitor cutting quality and minimize material wastage.
- CNC BendingOperate CNC bending machines / CNC press brakes.
- Set up bending tools, dies, and machine parameters according to drawings.
- Select appropriate tooling and bending sequences.
- Read and understand bending drawings, dimensions, angles, and tolerances.
- Set bending angles, back gauge positions,



and other machine parameters.
- Perform trial/first-piece bending and make adjustments as required.
- Check finished components for correct dimensions, angles, and overall quality.
- Identify and report machine or tooling problems.
- Quality & ProductionInspect finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, measuring tapes, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
- Identify and report dimensional deviations, material defects, and quality issues.
- Maintain production and inspection records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Maintenance teams.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
- Machine Maintenance & SafetyPerform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
- Ensure proper care and handling of cutting and bending tools.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
- Immediately report machine abnormalities or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in CNC cutting and bending machine operation.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical,



Production, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of CNC machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SolidWorks is preferred.
- Experience with CNC Press Brake / CNC Bending Machine is required.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of dimensions, tolerances, bending angles, and cutting parameters.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Basic knowledge of G-code/M-code and CNC machine controls is preferred.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Preferred Machine ExperienceExperience with the following machines will be an advantage:
