- As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking information, assistance, or application processing related to loans.

- This role requires robust communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls regarding personal loans, providing accurate and detailed information about the loan products,



interest rates, eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and application procedures.
- Assist customers in understanding and assessing their loan needs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing guidance in selecting the appropriate loan options.
- Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct credit checks and financial assessments of customers to evaluate their eligibility for personal loans, adhering to company guidelines and criteria.
