- ? Key ResponsibilitiesManage, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Loan Advisors.
- Drive monthly sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Monitor and improve team productivity and conversion ratios.
- Ensure professional customer handling and effective communication.
- Support the team in documentation, query resolution, and case closure.
- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, and internal departments for smooth processing.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and discipline.
- Conduct regular team training, reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Manage leads and generate new business opportunities through references and market activities.
- Maintain a positive, professional,
