Job title: Sales Executive – US Voice Process (Night Shift)

We are a growing US-focused sales call centre in Arumbakkam, Chennai. We are hiring Sales Executives to speak with customers in the United States on an auto dialler and take them through our sales process.

Office is a 5-minute walk from Arumbakkam Metro Station.

What you will do

Speak with US customers on an auto dialler system

Explain the offering clearly and answer customer questions

Meet monthly targets

Update customer details and call disposition in the CRM

Who we are looking for

Good spoken English — transparent, confident, comfortable on the phone

Able to understand American accents

Comfortable with high call volumes on a dialler

Willing to work night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Freshers welcome. Sales or BPO experience is a plus

Any degree

Shift and timing

Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM.



Saturday and Sunday off

1 hour dinner break + 30 minutes break

Office stays open until 5:30 AM — wait inside comfortably until the first metro at 5:00 AM

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
