Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru North. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective property buyers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable real estate options in the primary market. Daily responsibilities include conducting property consultations, organizing site visits, explaining project features and pricing,
and guiding clients through the decision-making and documentation process. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, following up with clients, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Sales Associate is expected to provide qualified, transparent advisory services and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer service, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with property buyers.
