Role Description The Banquet Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of banquet events, including corporate meetings, social functions, and special celebrations. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves managing event setup and breakdown, supervising service staff, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal departments.



Daily tasks include reviewing event orders, organizing seating and buffet arrangements, monitoring service during events, and addressing guest requests in a timely manner. The Banquet Executive collaborates closely with the sales, culinary, and operations teams to deliver seamless, memorable events that align with the resort’s service standards.
Qualifications
Experience in banquet operations or event management, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute events efficiently.
Strong guest service and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
Team leadership capabilities, such as supervising staff, delegating tasks, and engaging the team during high-volume events.
