? Key Responsibilities
Handle Company Registration, LLP, OPC & Pvt. Ltd. Registration
Manage ROC / MCA Filings & Compliance
Work on the MCA Portal
Prepare and maintain corporate & legal documents
Handle incorporation, amendments and annual compliance
Coordinate with clients for required documents
Ensure timely completion of compliance assignments

? Required Skills & Experience
✅ Hands-on experience in Company Registration
✅ ROC Filing / MCA Filing knowledge
✅ Valuable knowledge of MCA Portal
✅ Corporate & Legal Compliance
✅ LLP / Pvt. Ltd. / OPC Registration
✅ Good documentation and client coordination skills
