About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Visual Merchandising to lead and ensure seamless execution of VM design concepts across all retail stores — leveraging regional VM teams to drive brand expression, elevate customer experience, and boost in-store sales.
Location: Mumbai (In office)
What You'll Do
• Ensure consistent, effective implementation of VM design concepts across stores through the regional VM team
• Train and develop regional VMs to strengthen technical and role-based competencies
• Collaborate with Training and Category teams to periodically refresh VM guidelines in line with sales and brand strategy
• Manage external vendors for props, signage, and display materials — balancing quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency
• Partner on visual brand initiatives, in-store communication strategy, and product display improvements
• Oversee ordering and pricing negotiations for VM materials, and manage changeovers for new and existing stores
• Develop video-based VM training content to streamline floor-level execution
• Monitor store-level visual execution through regular photo audits and feedback loops
• Coach regional VMs with creative and technical feedback to raise output quality and support their growth
• Adapt VM strategy to store-level sales trends while staying true to brand aesthetics
• Deliver best-in-class visual presentation for store openings, renovations, and key prom
