Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon.



The Tele Sales Executive will engage with potential and existing clients over phone calls, messages, and digital channels to generate leads, explain real estate offerings, and schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up on prospects to convert leads into qualified opportunities. The role involves coordinating closely with the sales and advisory teams, understanding property details and investment propositions, and communicating them clearly to clients in a professional manner. The Tele Sales Executive is expected to meet individual and team targets, adhere to company processes, and represent Mega Realty MAX with integrity and customer focus.
