Empower India is seeking a highly motivated Lead Fullstack Developer to serve as the functional owner of an internally developed document automation platform. This role is ideal for an experienced full-stack application developer who enjoys translating business requirements into intuitive, scalable software solutions.

As a key member of the development team,



you will own the ongoing enhancement of a business-critical application built with a Laravel/PHP back end and React/TypeScript front end. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, design application features, and deliver solutions that automate the creation of high-quality business documents, including email communications and PDFs.

This role combines application ownership, full-stack software engineering, and solution design. The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, works effectively across the full technology stack, and takes business requirements from concept through implementation.
