- Install, integrate, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ in client environments.
- Communicate product functionality and implementation details to clients and partners at an appropriate technical/functional level.
- Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
- Support clients post-implementation with user testing, debugging, and maintenance.
- Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
- Develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners.
