Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end digital banking projects such as Core Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking, Loan Origination, and KYC/AML systems.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and third-party vendors.
- Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements for banking projects.
- Conduct regular status updates, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
- Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies or hybrid models as per project needs.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
