- Develop SailPoint ServiceNow applications with focus on backend and full-stack engineering.
- Work on ServiceNow client-side scripting, developing widgets, backend scripts, and web services.
- Collaborate with peers for grooming, design, development, and code reviews.
- Produce design documents, analysis documents, architecture diagrams, and rough estimates based on product requirements.
- Develop unit and end-to-end tests to improve code quality and maximize code coverage for new and existing features.
- Contribute to onboarding and training of recent resources.
- Provide product demos to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Resolve customer queries and escalations related to ServiceNow applications.
- Create new environments as required for development and testing.
