Role Overview:
Deliver high-quality AI/ML training programs for college students and young professionals, including session planning, facilitation, content development, and learner engagement tracking.
Responsibilities
Facilitation & Training Delivery
- Conduct interactive, application-focused training sessions on AI/ML and related topics.
- Adapt teaching methods for offline and online environments.
- Plan and design sessions tailored to different learner cohorts (students, fresh graduates, etc.).

Session Planning & Content Development
- Develop, update, and refine training modules, decks, and learning resources aligned with program objectives.
- Incorporate real-world case studies, problem-solving exercises, and industry trends.
- Design session flows and curriculum structures balancing theory and practical application.

Learner Engagement & Support
- Use facilitation techniques to maintain high participation and interactivity.
- Address learner questions, guide discussions, and mentor participants through project-based tasks.




- Collect feedback and iteratively improve training delivery.. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, learner attendance, and assessment outcomes.
- Prepare periodic training reports and learner progress updates for internal stakeholders and partners.
- Document best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with program teams, academic partners, and institutional stakeholders for smooth session delivery.
- Support awareness and outreach initiatives to encourage participation.
- Collaborate with curriculum and tech teams to align training resources with evolving trends.

Mandatory Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation (preferably in AI, ML, or technology domains).
