Insight Direct India is seeking a visionary Architect II - D365 to join our team. In this role, you'll act as a leader in differentiating Insight's technical capabilities. We'll count on you to develop deep solution knowledge and share this intellectual property both locally and across the Asia Pacific region.
As an Architect II - D365, you'll get to:
- Provide consulting services including discovery, design, build, deployment, test, pilot, documentation, and transition phases.
- Assist customers in resolving highly technical and complex problems .
- Work effectively within political, cost, and technical constraints to provide the most appropriate solution for the client .
- Focus on assisting the practice team to meet the Services Practice's financial targets .
- Effectively and consistently report project status back to project managers during project execution.
- Assist with project closure by developing project artifacts and participating in project lessons learned.
- Display strong situational analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills .




- Take responsibility as the technical representative of Insight within strategic accounts to develop robust client relationships and identify opportunities for Insight.
- Focus on maintaining 80% chargeability through billing for solution design and transition to delivery.
- Develop your profile as a technical leader in an Insight specialist solution area.

What We're Looking For
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in a development or support role within a Microsoft environment.
- Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in MS Dynamics 365, Dataverse, D365 Customer Service .
- Extensive experience with CRM Configuration and Customization , including integration and data migration.
- Solid understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications .
- Power Platform:
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience
