Key Responsibilities:
Rewards Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with organizational goals and values.
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation packages, ensuring they attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Manage and rationalize the variable pay, performance-linked pay, and bonus programs to ensure consistency and equity across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design incentive programs that drive high performance and employee engagement.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive within its industry.
- Regularly audit and review compensation and benefits programs to maintain accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.

Benefits Management:
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other voluntary perks.
- Ensure that perks programs are aligned with employee needs while being cost-effective and compliant with all applicable regulations.




- Continuously assess and refine the perks offering to remain attractive to current and prospective employees.

Performance Management:
- Partner with key stakeholders to refine and execute the organizations performance management framework.
- Provide guidance and oversight on the performance-linked pay process to ensure it rewards the right behaviours and outcomes.
- Ensure that performance management tools and processes are consistently applied across the organization to promote fairness and transparency.

Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure the organization is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop governance frameworks and policies to standardize rewards and performance management processes.
- Stay current on industry trends, legal updates, and best practices to inform decision-making and recommendations.
