Insight Direct India is seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and End-User Support . In this pivotal role as an Intune Modern Workplace Engineer, you'll drive the adoption and management of modern workplace technologies for our clients. Your expertise in Microsoft Intune and related tools will ensure seamless device management, robust security, and enhanced productivity. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the modern workplace.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Client Engagement: You'll engage with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Microsoft 365 & Entra ID Expertise:
- Skilled with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Entra Connect, Azure AD DS , and related technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing IDAM (Identity and Access Management) policies to ensure secure and efficient user access management.
- Proficiency in Entra ID ,



including advanced configurations for conditional access, identity protection, and single sign-on (SSO) .
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 services , including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint , and their integration with other Microsoft and third-party tools.
- Intune & Endpoint Management:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager , including device lifecycle management and application deployment.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot for provisioning and managing Windows devices in a zero-touch deployment model.
- Expertise in co-management strategies integrating Intune with Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Security & Compliance:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for security threat detection and remediation.
- Knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools within Intune and Endpoint Manager to track device compliance and health.
