Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Assistant Project Lead (.NET/Dot Net) with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software development and team leadership. This role will involve managing complex .NET projects, overseeing technical development, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership Coordination: Assist the Project Lead in defining the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Manage daily development processes, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, meeting deadlines and high-quality standards.
- Team Management Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and continuous learning. Foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Technical Ownership: Take ownership of complex technical modules and deliver high-quality results. Lead the design, development,



and architecture of .NET-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Client Communication Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely progress updates, managing expectations, and building long-term client relationships. Ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Risk Management Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks and technical issues, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track. Take ownership of resolving challenges that may arise during the development process.
