We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with a robust focus on hardware engineering to lead the development of our next-generation Smart Box locker systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hardware design and development, working closely with hardware engineers and external partners to drive product innovation and excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in product management, capable of balancing technical requirements with market demands.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Hardware Product Development:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Smart Box lockers , focusing primarily on hardware design and development.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to design and develop innovative locker systems, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and refinement processes for hardware components.
- Work with the software team to ensure seamless integration of hardware with back-end, middleware, and firmware solutions .

Stakeholder Management:




- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (hardware, marketing, sales) and external partners.
- Ensure alignment of product goals and timelines across all stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and technology partners to drive co-development efforts.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends related to hardware.
- Develop product roadmaps and strategic plans based on market insights and business goals.
- Define product specifications and prioritize hardware features to enhance product value and user experience.

Project Management:
- Create detailed project plans , including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
- Implement Agile methodologies to streamline development processes and improve team collab
