Must-Have Skills
- End-to-end Clinical Data Management: Start-up, conduct, and close-out phases
- Strong understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and CDM practices
- Project leadership in a clinical data environment
- Client and stakeholder management
- Issue escalation and resolution
- Data management documentation (e.g., DMPs)
- Risk and quality issue identification and mitigation

Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Medidata Rave or other EDC systems
- Budget management and scope tracking
- Involvement in RFP/bid defense activities
- Familiarity with project financial tracking and invoicing processes

Job Summary
As a Data Team Lead (DTL) , you will manage the delivery of clinical data management services across one or more projects. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding data deliverables,



ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will provide leadership, technical guidance, and direction to the internal CDM team, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional data management activities across the full data lifecycle: startup, conduct, and closeout.
- Ensure team compliance with protocols, GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Work with the Data Operations Coordinator and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for data issues, coordinating with vendors and clients as needed.
- Assign appropriate resources to projects in collaboration with functional managers.
