Key Responsibilities:
- System Setup Maintenance: Assist in configuring and maintaining company servers, systems, and hardware. Ensure that systems are set up correctly and operating efficiently.
- Network Management: Assist with network administration tasks such as configuring and monitoring LAN, WAN, VPNs, and other networking systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Support: Provide effective technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software,



and network issues in a timely manner.
- System Monitoring Performance: Regularly monitor system performance and network activity using monitoring tools, ensuring smooth operation and performance of all IT services.
- Security Backup: Assist in implementing and managing security protocols, including user access control, firewalls, and system updates. Ensure regular backups and verify successful data restoration processes.
- Software Updates Installations: Install, configure, and update software applications to keep systems secure and functioning smoothly.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous service delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT infrastructure, system configurations, troubleshooting logs, and updates.
