We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive for Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring talent across Pan India.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to joining.
- Understand job requirements and appropriate Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with respective departments.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for different roles.
- Coordinate salary discussions, selection, documentation and offer releases.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, interview trackers, offer and joining reports.
- Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies where required.
- Conduct reference/background verification as per company policy.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Assist the HR team in onboarding and induction activities.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Experience in hiring for manufacturing/engineering/industrial organizations preferred.
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate.
