- Plan, monitor and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production schedule.
- Monitor manpower, machines and production processes.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize production wastage.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards.
- Improve production efficiency and optimize machine utilization.
- Maintain proper workplace safety and production discipline.
- Support continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
- Report daily production status and issues to management.
