Insurance Sales Person – Job DescriptionPosition: Insurance Sales Executive / Sales PersonJob Summary:

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Professionals to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer financial protection needs, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customers through calling, references, digital leads and field activities.
- Understand customers’ financial goals, family protection and insurance requirements.
- Explain suitable Life, Health and General Insurance products in a straightforward and transparent manner.
- Conduct meetings with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and New Business targets.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales activity reports.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for renewals and additional business.
- Follow company policies, IRDAI guidelines and ethical sales practices.
- Participate in training, seminars,



campaigns and customer awareness activities.
- Candidate ProfileQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
- Basic knowledge of insurance/financial products will be an advantage.
- Local market knowledge and field-sales experience will be preferred.

- CompensationFixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (as per experience and role)
