- SaaS Tool Management: Oversee the deployment, integration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of critical SaaS applications and services. Ensure seamless integration with internal systems and platforms.
- Systems Engineering: Design, implement, and support cloud-based infrastructure, including SaaS tools, to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for SaaS tools, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring minimal downtime. Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions.
- Supporting Identity Management: Provide advanced support for Okta, and other identity engines that will be used to process users and provision them to other tools.
- Automation & Optimization: Implement automation and optimization strategies to improve the reliability, and performance, SaaS tools and services within the enterprise workplace.
- Security & Compliance: Monitor, audit, and implement security measures and best practices to protect SaaS tools and data.



Ensure that the tools comply with organizational security policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with IT, operations, and development teams to understand requirements and ensure SaaS tools meet the needs of the business. Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and best practices for SaaS tools. Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and end-users to enhance overall system adoption and knowledge.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate emerging SaaS technologies and trends to recommend improvements and enhancements to the organization s toolset and processes.
