Job Summary




We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to drive sales of residential/commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, conducting site visits, closing deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate sales through leads, references, channel partners, digital enquiries, and other sources.
Handle incoming leads and convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
