Job Description
We are seeking an experienced WebLogic Administrator for a contract-to-hire position to manage and optimize our WebLogic environments. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of WebLogic Server, strong technical skills, and a proven track record in system administration.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage WebLogic Server environments.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement security measures and manage user access controls.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of WebLogic applications.
- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications
- 6-7 years of experience in WebLogic Administration.
- Robust knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies.
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server 12c or higher.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Proficient in database management (Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
- Understanding of network protocols and web services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
