- Develop and lead internal and external communications programs in India that is aligned with five-year plans, regional strategy, and key change programs.
- Design and develop thought leadership campaigns for members of the India Leadership Team.
- Bring together the elements outside of traditional CP, including Syngenta Seeds, SSPL, SBPL and Seedcare, to ensure opportunities and stories are maximized and leveraged across the India and region.
- Contribute to influence and build Syngenta culture and brand through communications and engagement programs.
