Position : Sr. Associate Human Resources (Recruitment)
Location : TinFactory, Bangalore
Required Education : MBA/MSW - Human Resources
Experience : Fresher or up to 1 year of experience into Recruitment role.
Preferred : Candidates with valuable communication skills and flexible to work for 6 days a week
will be preferred. Should be willing to work from office.
Role & responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
