DEPARTMENT BRIEF
The Specialist, HR Shared Services will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to all employees, administering,



and executing core operational processes and resolving inquiries in a timely fashion with an eye on meeting / exceeding SLA requirements. In addition to handling queries, they will also be responsible for process documentation and reviewing tickets of associates.
Responsibilities
- 70% Responsible for delivering HR customer service to employees, managers, and other customers. First point of contact for employees, queries on policy, procedure, and redirects non-HR queries as required. Investigates simple and complex queries to develop problem resolution. Executes easy and complex transactions on behalf of the employee. Conduct data audits and handle complex special projects.
- 15% Work on process documentation
- 10% Provide guidance to team on queries and help in reviewing work of associates and senior associates.
- 5% Provide training to newer members of the team.
