The Benchmark Client & Vendor Relations team is responsible for providing oversight for FactSet's premium clients to ensure all benchmark integration requests and client questions are handled in an efficient manner.
The Associate Content Specialist supports a team of project managers across a myriad of operational activities to curate key client implementations for timely delivery of projects. This role is for someone highly skilled in communication with internal teams including Benchmarks Collection, Benchmarks Development, and Benchmarks Quality, Sales and Consulting, and externally with index providers and clients.



The incumbent will be involved throughout all stages of the project lifecycle which provides a unique chance to become an internal subject matter experts around benchmark processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complex premium client index data onboarding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and meeting client expectations.
- As the primary point of contact for premium clients, provide proactive communication, address concerns, and ensure a positive client experience by identifying and resolving potential problems, escalating and managing project roadblocks and vendor issues as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors to overcome obstacles and ensure timely data delivery by resolving licensing and file procurement blockers.
- Identify inefficiencies, analyze issues, and drive continuous improvement by conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
- Track key metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize vendor service levels by monitoring and reporting on vendor performance using KPIs
