We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Architect to lead and enhance our automation testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in test automation, quality assurance, and software testing methodologies. They will be responsible for designing scalable automation frameworks, improving testing efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Automation Framework Development: Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable automation testing frameworks to optimize software testing processes.
- Process Assessment & Improvement: Evaluate current testing practices and tools to identify automation opportunities and enhance overall efficiency.
- Standards & Best Practices: Establish and enforce automation testing standards, guidelines, and coding best practices to maintain consistency and reliability.




- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automation testing within SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Automated Test Development: Create and maintain automated test scripts, test suites, and test data sets to ensure software functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Test Scenario Prioritization: Identify and prioritize test cases for automation based on risk analysis, business impact, and usage frequency.
