We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer/Lead with a strong technical background in Pega development. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience , be Pega CSSA certified , and possess expertise in rule implementation, low-level design, and integrations (SOAP, XML, Java, SQL) . This role requires hands-on experience in Agile projects and a deep understanding of Pega Guardrails to ensure compliance with best practices. The candidate must be capable of working across all phases of the application development lifecycle , applying both business knowledge and technical expertise to deliver robust solutions.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Pega rules and workflows , ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Design and build low-level system components while adhering to Pega Guardrails .
- Work on integrations such as SOAP, REST, XML, Java, and SQL to enhance system functionality.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing system performance.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines .

Requirements:
- Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.
- 4+ years of experience in Pega application development .
- Hands-on experience with Pega integration technologies (SOAP, REST, XML, Java, SQL).
- Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies .
