About the Role

Med-Metrix is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst specializing in IPDRG with a strong auditing background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, compliance, coding accuracy, and process improvements through effective audit practices.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IPDRG specialty
At least 1 year of experience in IPDRG Auditing.
Certification is mandatory (AHIMA, AAPC, or equivalent recognized certification).
Strong understanding of IPDRG methodology, coding guidelines, compliance standards, and audit processes.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits of IPDRG coding and related processes.
Ensure compliance with client, regulatory,



and organizational quality standards.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching based on audit findings.
Analyze quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with operations and training teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
