Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Sales Executive who is responsible for generating new leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their construction requirements, and converting qualified prospects into clients.

The candidate will handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer follow-up to meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
Generate current leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, online portals, and other sources.
Identify potential customers looking to construct residential or commercial properties.
Conduct regular outbound calls and follow-ups with prospects.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Generate and qualify leads based on location, budget, project size, and construction timeline.

Sales & Customer Handling
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable construction solutions.
Explain company services, construction process, pricing, quality standards, and timelines.
Schedule and conduct customer meetings and site visits.




Prepare and share quotations and proposals.
Negotiate with customers and handle objections professionally.
Follow up with prospects regularly until conversion.
Coordinate with the Architecture, Estimation, and Project teams to provide accurate information to customers.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and generate referral business.

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Update CRM/lead tracker regularly.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams for smooth project handover.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
