Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Salary / CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month (₹3.6 LPA)

Why this role exists
This role is designed for a driven HR skilled who excels at execution and operations. You will support the Sr. HR Executive and Directors in managing day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, attendance tracking, and compliance management across both our corporate office and manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing:



Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both corporate and plant roles (operators, technicians, admin staff, etc.). Source and screen candidates across job portals and local networks.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with department heads to schedule interviews, maintain the applicant tracking database, and follow up with candidates.
HR Operations & Attendance: Manage daily attendance, biometric tracking, leave records, and shift schedules for plant and corporate employees.
Onboarding & Documentation: Process onboarding paperwork, including appointment letters, PF/ESIC enrollment, and statutory declarations. Ensure physical and digital employee records are maintained accurately.
AI Integration: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) to draft basic HR documents, summarize candidate CVs, and write emails.
Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for basic employee queries, grievance reporting, and coordination of engagement activities.
