About The Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Applications & Automation professional to own the governance, integration, administration, and automation of the organization's growing enterprise application environment.

The role will focus on building a centrally managed and governed application ecosystem, integrating enterprise applications, automating business workflows, improving identity and access processes, and enabling reliable data flows across systems. The position will work closely with IT, HR, Finance, Engineering, business teams, and external vendors to replace fragmented, manual, and email-driven processes with integrated digital workflows.

The role will also contribute to establishing an application and integration foundation that is AI-ready, with a focus on governed systems, accessible data, APIs, security, and controlled enterprise access.

Key Responsibilities





Enterprise Application Management

Develop and maintain a central inventory of enterprise applications covering business and technical ownership, vendors, users, licences, costs, authentication mechanisms, data classification, renewal dates, integrations, criticality, and security status.
Manage the application lifecycle from request and approval through onboarding, access management, renewal, and retirement.
Establish and maintain appropriate governance and documentation for enterprise applications.

SaaS Governance

Support processes for current software requests, security reviews, approvals, procurement, licence allocation, onboarding, access reviews, renewals, and removal.
Identify and reduce unmanaged, duplicate, and unnecessary SaaS usage.
Support application rationalization and consolidation initiatives.
