Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive (B2B Industrial Sales) role based in Mathura with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify industrial clients, build and manage a sales pipeline, and conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote PTSTR’s product portfolio.



Daily activities include preparing and delivering technical-commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and following up on inquiries, quotations, and tenders. The role involves negotiating contracts, managing order closures, and maintaining strong post-sales relationships to drive repeat business. The Sales Executive will also conduct market research, track competitors, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications

Proven B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in electrical, electronics, or industrial automation products.
Robust skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate solutions clearly to industrial customers.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data analysis for sales reporting.
