Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client briefs, objectives, target audiences, budgets, and campaign requirements.
Develop campaign strategies and influencer recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
Coordinate with influencer, creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Manage campaigns end-to-end, from brief receipt and proposal to execution, reporting, and closure.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Prepare and present campaign proposals, presentations, and performance reports to clients.
Regularly communicate campaign progress, updates, challenges, and solutions to clients.
Handle client feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
Maintain strong knowledge of influencer trends, platforms, content formats, and industry developments.




Track campaign performance and derive actionable insights for future campaigns.
Work closely with the business development team to support pitches and convert opportunities into successful accounts.
Maintain accurate records of client communication, campaigns, deliverables, and commercial details.

Requirements
2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, or advertising agencies.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Solid problem-solving and ownership mindset.
Commercial understanding with the ability to identify account-growth opportunities.
Good proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and other presentation/reporting tools.
