About the Role
Aliter Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly driven Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth with a primary focus on IoT / IIoT solutions, along with related IT, Embedded, Automation, and digital technology solutions.
This is a hardcore, target-oriented B2B sales role involving end-to-end ownership of lead generation, client acquisition, solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new B2B and enterprise sales opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events, and other channels.
Drive sales of IoT / IIoT, Embedded, Automation, Smart Manufacturing, and related technology solutions.




Develop and manage IoT-connected ERP sales opportunities, including implementation, customization, support, and related services.
Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, solution discussions, and negotiations.
Work with internal technical/functional teams to prepare proposals, presentations, demos, and PoCs.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Develop relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Plant Heads, Business Heads, and other key decision-makers.
Negotiate commercials and close high-value B2B deals.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates to management.
Identify current markets, industries, partnerships, and opportunities for business expansion.
