About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Director who can turn ideas into content that people actually stop scrolling for.
This is not a role limited to approving designs. We need someone who can think creatively, understand audiences, build social media presence, develop strong content concepts, and execute campaigns that drive measurable growth.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing social media pages, creating high-performing content, developing creative campaigns, and building a recognizable brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
Develop the overall creative vision and content direction for the brand.
Create innovative concepts for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Take ownership of social media growth and creative performance.
Develop Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static creatives, campaigns, storytelling content, and brand campaigns.
Identify trending formats, topics, hooks,



sounds, and content opportunities.
Turn business objectives into engaging creative campaigns.
Develop strong hooks, scripts, storyboards, concepts, and visual directions for content.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to understand business goals.
Guide graphic designers, video editors, content creators, photographers, and other creative resources.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone, visual language, and storytelling.
Analyse content performance and continuously improve creative strategy based on data.
Experiment with new content formats and creative ideas rather than repeatedly producing the same type of content.
Build campaigns that increase reach, engagement, followers, leads, and brand awareness.
Use AI and modern creative tools to increase content production speed and quality.
