Bring your knowledge, your network, and your hard work. Convert it into equity — on a performance basis. No capital required from you. We've got the brand, the backing (Adtek Group, 35+ years building businesses), and the infrastructure. You bring the operational muscle that turns this into a 50-outlet network.

The core of this role: Master of Operations.
Not an idea person, not a strategy-deck person — someone who builds systems, deploys manpower, and makes SOPs so tight that outlet #50 feels exactly like outlet #1.

What you'd actually be doing:
Owning SOPs end-to-end — writing, training, auditing,



fixing them when reality doesn't match the doc
Building and running a manpower network — sourcing, training, retaining staff across outlets, fast, as we scale
Holding operational quality to one bar across every outlet, every shift
Closing franchise partners in Tier 2-3 markets and operationalizing them properly — not just handing over a manual
Owning unit economics — labour cost, wastage, CAPEX efficiency, margins
Building the core ops team as we go from a handful of outlets to 50

You're probably a fit if:
You're bored of being an employee and want to build something real — but capital has been the blocker
You've run multi-location operations before (F&B;/QSR/retail preferred) and think in SOPs, not vibes
