Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at Aqua Excel is a full-time position based in Dharwad,Hubli (North Karnataka) with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The person in this role will manage sales operations within the assigned territory, build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and key accounts, and actively promote Aqua Excel’s product range.



Day-to-day activities include meeting sales targets, conducting field visits, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing product demonstrations where required. The Area Sales Manager will prepare regular sales reports, coordinate with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and delivery, and support marketing initiatives such as promotions and local events. The role also involves resolving customer queries, ensuring after-sales support, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
Proven experience in area or regional sales management, preferably in plumbing, building materials, or related manufacturing sectors.
Strong skills in territory management, client relationship building, negotiation, and closing sales.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use basic sales or CRM tools to track performance.
