We’re Hiring | E-commerce Specialist – Marketplace & PPC

LuxaDerme, a premium Korean skincare brand, is looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across leading marketplaces and drive sales through marketplace advertising, PPC campaigns and e-commerce campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

* Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto and other relevant marketplaces.
* Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility and marketplace performance.
* Coordinate with marketplace teams for campaigns, launches and promotional opportunities.
* Monitor product visibility, sales, rankings, ratings and overall marketplace performance.

PPC & Marketplace Advertising

* Plan, execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon and other marketplace platforms.
* Manage campaign structure, keywords, bids, budgets, targeting and placements.
* Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC,



CVR and ad-attributed sales.
* Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis and competitor analysis.
* Identify high-performing SKUs and keywords and scale campaigns accordingly.
* Continuously optimize campaigns to improve advertising efficiency and profitable sales.

Campaign Management

* Plan and execute marketplace campaigns around product launches, sales events, festive periods and promotional campaigns.
* Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams for campaign assets and communication.
* Track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Analytics & Reporting

* Analyse marketplace and advertising data to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering sales, ad spend, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, traffic and conversion.
* Maintain campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of advertising spend.
* Use data to recommend improvements in product visibi
