Role Summary
RapidCanvas is hiring a Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring for roles across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions. You will own sourcing, screening, and candidate experience end-to-end for your requisitions, working closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to keep the pipeline moving fast without cutting corners on quality. This role suits an experienced recruiter who is comfortable working independently across tools and processes, and who brings some exposure to hiring across borders.
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-through.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach,



building strong pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles.
Apply RapidCanvas evaluation rubrics and pre-screen checklists consistently to keep every candidate assessed against the same bar.
Coordinate interview loops with hiring panels, track feedback, and keep candidates informed at every stage.
Draft and send referral outreach and candidate communication in RapidCanvas's tone: warm, specific, and concise.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and pipeline records for reporting.
Flag pipeline blockers or slow-moving requisitions early so they can be addressed before they affect hiring timelines.
Support offers logistics (scheduling, documentation, reference checks) in coordination with the Senior Manager, TA.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency; startup experience is a must.
