Our Customer Experience (CX) team is on the frontline of engagement with our valued customers. The team is responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and innovation to ensure a more personalized approach to our users' needs.
We are looking for an experienced Solution Developer to join our Digital Transformation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both solution design and hands-on software development.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a robust focus on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Agentforce. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and Engineering teams, you will help transform customer experiences by delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about modern software engineering practices, AI-powered customer experiences, and building robust cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design
Work with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to application design.
Design reusable, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
