Designation: National Sales Head

We are looking for a high-impact National Sales Head to lead and scale our pan-India residential sales business. This is a senior leadership role with complete ownership of revenue growth, P&L;,



and profitability across 7 key cities. The incumbent will primarily lead a large outside sales team, build robust city-level leadership, and drive consistent execution against aggressive growth and margin targets. The role demands a sharp balance of strategic thinking and on-ground execution, with a strong bias toward process, performance metrics, and people leadership.

As a National Sales Head you are expected to :

● Own pan-India residential sales revenue, with direct responsibility for achieving topline and contribution margin targets.
● Lead and manage 7 city businesses, each with dedicated city heads and outside sales teams.
● Design and execute a scalable B2C residential sales strategy aligned with annual operating plans (AOP).
● Drive rapid expansion, market penetration, and predictable revenue growth across existing and new markets.
● Own city-level and national P&L;, including revenue, cost control
