With a growing manufacturing operation and workforce, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to strengthen our Recruitment and Payroll functions.
Role Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive – Recruitment & Payroll who will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and payroll administration for our manufacturing operations.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu.
The role is specifically focused on Recruitment and Payroll. Dedicated team members separately handle Compliance and Workforce Management. The selected candidate will also work with and guide a Junior HR Executive supporting recruitment and payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities




Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, supervisory, managerial and selected shop-floor positions.
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and convert them into effective recruitment plans.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, referrals and other recruitment channels.
Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer rollout and joining coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers, vacancy status, candidate pipelines and hiring reports.
Improve recruitment turnaround time and develop reliable talent pipelines for recurring positions.
Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure smooth handover of recent employees into the organization.
